1. Services Provided

HICE offers the following services (availability may vary):

  • Ice bath sessions

  • Sauna sessions

  • Contrast therapy

  • Group sessions

  • Private bookings

  • Workshops & events

  • Memberships

  • Drop-in sessions

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

  • Merchandise

  • Coffee, matcha, and fresh baked goods

All services are optional and used at your own discretion.


2. Health Declaration & Waiver

  • All clients must complete a health declaration and sign a waiver before participating in:

    • Contrast therapy

    • Ice baths

    • Sauna

    • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

  • Waivers may be completed on-site at HICE or via the app.

  • You confirm that you are medically fit to participate.

  • If you have any medical condition or are unsure, you must seek medical advice before booking.


3. Health & Safety Rules

For everyone’s safety, you agree to:

  • Shower before entering ice baths

  • Maintain mutual respect towards staff and other clients during sessions

  • Follow all staff instructions at all times

  • Exit a session immediately if you feel unwell and inform staff

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund or credit.


4. Assumption of Risk

  • Sauna, ice baths, contrast therapy, and HBOT carry inherent risks.

  • These may include dizziness, fainting, burns, cold shock, pressure-related effects, or injury.

  • You acknowledge and accept these risks when using HICE facilities.


5. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HICE is not liable for:

    • Injury, illness, or complications arising from participation

    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability where caused by negligence.


6. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change.


7. Cancellations & Credits

  • Cancellations are credited, not refunded.

  • Credits can be used for future sessions within the validity period set by HICE.

  • No-shows may result in loss of session credit.

  • HICE reserves the right to cancel sessions due to safety, maintenance, or operational reasons. Credits will be issued where applicable.


8. Conduct

  • Unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • HICE reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual without refund or credit.


9. Personal Belongings

  • Personal items are brought at your own risk.

  • Lockers (if provided) are for convenience only.

  • HICE is not responsible for loss or damage.


10. Food & Drink

  • Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are sold on-site.

  • Any dietary requirements or allergies are the customer’s responsibility to disclose.

  • Consumption is at your own risk.


11. Photography & Media

  • Photography or filming is not permitted without staff approval.

  • HICE may only use images or footage for marketing with your consent.


12. Changes to Terms

  • HICE may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of services means you accept the latest version.


13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
